She deals with civil and commercial law as well as bankruptcy law and restructuring, with particular reference to consumer bankruptcy.
She has experience in complex civil and commercial cases, from the pre-judicial stage to enforcement.
She provides day-to-day services to commercial law companies. She also advises parties to corporate disputes.
She has participated in representing businesses during bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Under the Socrates – Erasmus programme, she studied for one year at Bayreuth University in Germany.
She graduated in German law. Scholarship holder of Viadrina University and the University of Liège, as well as the winner of the French government’s scholarship at the University of Rennes. During her studies, she also had a short research stay at the Universities of Trento, Göttingen and Sorbonne, during which she dealt with comparisons of private law.
In 2020, she was entered on the list of attorneys of the District Bar Association in Poznań. She is fluent in English, German and French. She also speaks Italian and Spanish. Author of academic publications in the field of civil law.
