Michał Górski

An expert in the field of medical law. He provides full legal services to both public and private healthcare entities in this field. He has many years of practical experience in providing comprehensive services for entities performing medical activities, in particular independent public healthcare institutions and individual medical practices. He is also an expert of the local medical self-government. 

He often deals with issues related to civil law, in particular the contract law. His professional areas of specialisation also include intellectual property law and pharmaceutical law. In addition, he successfully handles cases related to labor law and criminal law. 

His interests include pharmaceutical law and new technologies. Attorney-at-law representing physicians and healthcare institutions in numerous litigations related to the provision of healthcare services and in disputes with the National Health Fund (including those concerning over-limit services). 

Member of the medical law team at Sowisło Topolewski, recognised in the 2023 Legal 500 EMEA ranking in the Healthcare and Life Sciences category. 

Other professional activity

Speaker at conferences and training events with the participation of physicians and medical staff (e.g. as part of the Health Care Managers’ Forum and the Wielkopolska Conference on Patients’ Rights).
