An expert in the field of tax law. Author of many publications both popularizing the tax law as well as those having a scientific character. His experience in the tax field goes back to 1990. He represents business entities and natural persons who do not conduct business, in disputes with tax authorities, as well as before administrative courts.
In 1996-2000 he led a team set up to implement the program signed by the Ministry of Finance and the US Treasury Department. One of the Team’s achievements was the establishment of the Wielkopolska Tax Information Center in Leszno, from which the National Tax Information was created.

Other professional activity

He provides training in the field of taxes for entrepreneurs, as well as lectures for students. For over 10 years he was the Head of the Tax Office in Nowy Tomyśl and the Poznań-Śródmieście Tax Office. He also served as Vice-Director of the Tax Chamber in Poznań. For achievements in his professional career in 2005 he was awarded the bronze cross of merit by the President of the Republic of Poland.
