Joanna Zielińska

She specialises in medical law, in particular in the area of conducting clinical trials in healthcare entities and proceedings resulting from claims related to the provision of healthcare services (compensation benefits, medical events, medical malpractice lawsuits, liquidation proceedings conducted by insurers, proceedings before the Patient Ombudsman). For many years, she has been involved in providing comprehensive, ongoing services to healthcare entities in both the public and private sectors. She has practical experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Privately, she is a KPP paramedic and PZM road rescue instructor. In her free time, she reads about high-altitude rescue, although he loves the sea most of all.

Other professional activity

For many years, she has been a participant and speaker at numerous conferences on medical law, healthcare and the activities of medical entities.

Mediator, entered on the list of permanent mediators maintained by the President of the Regional Court in Poznań.
