Our Law Firm together with the monthly magazine “Przetargi Publiczne” (Public Tenders) would like to invite all entities operating in the broadly understood health care, which in the context of the implementation of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law act as “Contractor” or ” Contracting Authority”, to a conference entitled “Public Procurement in Health Care”, which is planned for 26 May 2020 in Warsaw.
The conference will be dedicated to the specifics of the health care sector in public procurement, taking into account the new Public Procurement Law, coming into force soon.
The conference programme is based on a practical discussion of the most important regulations, interpretations of audit bodies, model examples and good practices.
It includes issues that raise the most frequent doubts and dilemmas in the work of persons responsible for supervising and carrying out contracts for services, medicinal products, equipment and materials in health care sector units. The context of the new Public Procurement Law and its impact on procurement rules and procedures will also be discussed.
