The Law Firm has comprehensively prepared a public procurement procedure under the title: “Transportation of students to schools” recommending an electronic auction (downward bidding), as a result of which, on 1 April 2020, the Shared Services Centre signed two agreements with ZAKŁAD USŁUGOWO-HANDLOWY „DOM-JAN” Wiesław Ryżek to perform this task, i.e. within the scope of Part No 1 and Part No 2.
The values of the contracts signed are:
Part No. 1: ” Students’ transportation” – PLN 1,295,723.52 gross
Part No. 2: “Transportation of disabled students” – PLN 570.823,20 gross.
Thanks to the electronic auction held within Part No. 2 (downward bidding), the Shared Services Centre in Szamotuły has made a saving of PLN 117,198 compared to the price offer originally made by ZAKŁAD USŁUGOWO-HANDLOWY „DOM-JAN” Wiesław Ryżek in this part.
