She represents physicians and medical institutions in numerous lawsuits related to the provision of healthcare services and in disputes with the National Health Fund. She is currently leading a team in charge of a precedent-setting case for payment by the National Health Fund of nearly one hundred million zlotys lost by a hospital in connection with the provision of services to patients with COVID-19.
