Lawyer – since 2005, he has been practicing in the area of ​​applying the Public Procurement Law in the Department of Public Procurement Law. He provides legal assistance to public entities obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law. He is also responsible for the development of the Law Firm’s business in the area of ​​tender procedures, in which the Law Firm acts as a bidder. For the benefit of awarding entities, obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law, he has prepared and conducted several hundred public procurement procedures, from the moment of its initiation to its completion, culminating in the conclusion of a contract with a selected contractor. On the part of contractors, he was responsible for the preparation of tender offers and appeals. He has the necessary experience in conducting proceedings based on the guidelines for the eligibility of expenditure for entities spending public funds from the European Union. He represented both awarding entities and contractors before arbitration. She actively raises her qualifications by participating in numerous trainings devoted to public procurement. He has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge on the application of the Public Procurement Law.

Passionate about motoring and mountain climbing. Fan of squash and cycling.

Other professional activity

Executed public procurement proceedings under the Public Procurement Law for the following tasks:

  1. Development of an architectural concept for the extension and adaptation of the Wiktor Dega Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital on the site between 28 Czerwca 1956 and Krzyżowa streets in order to expand the quality of social and health services provided to the population of the region and the city of Poznań within the framework of outpatient specialist and rehabilitation care.
  2. Development of an architectural and urban planning concept for the new headquarters of the Wielkopolska Uprising Museum 1918-1919 in Poznań.
