Lawyer – since 2005, he has been practicing in the area of ​​applying the Public Procurement Law in the Department of Public Procurement Law. He provides legal assistance to public entities obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law. He is also responsible for the development of the Law Firm’s business in the area of ​​tender procedures, in which the Law Firm acts as a bidder. For the benefit of awarding entities, obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law, he has prepared and conducted several hundred public procurement procedures, from the moment of its initiation to its completion, culminating in the conclusion of a contract with a selected contractor. On the part of contractors, he was responsible for the preparation of tender offers and appeals. He has the necessary experience in conducting proceedings based on the guidelines for the eligibility of expenditure for entities spending public funds from the European Union. He represented both awarding entities and contractors before arbitration. She actively raises her qualifications by participating in numerous trainings devoted to public procurement. He has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge on the application of the Public Procurement Law.

In 2003, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. 2014 is the year in which he becomes a graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement at the Faculty of Political Sciences and Journalism of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. At the beginning of 2013, he was entered on the list of the National Association of Public Procurement Consultants.
