Specialises in advising on public procurement law, supporting both contracting authorities and contractors. As part of his day-to-day practice, he reviews and drafts tender specifications, draft contracts and other tender documentation.
He also prepares and conducts public procurement procedures on behalf of contracting authorities, including those carried out in accordance with guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure from European Union funds. Furthermore, he represents clients in court disputes, with a particular focus on commercial matters.
In his spare time, he is interested in literature and sport, particularly the Polish Ekstraklasa. He enjoys active leisure pursuits, especially running, swimming and hiking.
