In his professional practice, he focuses on providing legal assistance to large and medium-sized enterprises and healthcare institutions by preparing legal opinions, providing ongoing advice and drafting and negotiating contracts. The total volume of commercial transactions negotiated by him exceeds PLN 900 million.
He conducts complex litigations requiring an interdisciplinary approach to the object of dispute and consideration of the business aspects of the clients’ activities. As part of his legal services, he handles international cases, in particular involving cooperation with American and German parties. The total value of the litigated cases with his participation exceeds PLN 100 million.
Member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań. Joined the law firm in 2014. Since 2018, he has been acting as the Data Protection Officer.
