

He joined the firm in 2014 and has been a managing partner since 2024. On a daily basis, he manages the Warsaw office and is responsible for cooperation with the firm’s foreign partners.
He has many years of experience in conducting litigation, including before the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
He specialises in litigation involving entrepreneurs, with particular emphasis on disputes concerning intellectual property rights and combating unfair competition, as well as construction investments, including projects carried out under public procurement contracts.
He advises entrepreneurs operating in the commercial and cosmetics industries, as well as public entities. In addition, he supports them in assessing the litigation risks associated with business decisions. His experience includes contract negotiations and due diligence.
He coordinated the largest pro bono project in the history of the law firm in the field of human rights protection.
He is a marathon runner. He plays drums in a blues band.
