Specialist in business law and intellectual property law, including IT projects with extensive experience in handling complex litigations in business practice.

He has also participated in a number of due diligence studies and advised, as and when required, in the processes of acquisition of Polish IT companies by foreign entities. He also advises clients on day-to-day business conduct, e.g. by reviewing business contracts or IT project contracts. He is a lawyer with a business mindset, always aspiring to have a really good insight in the industry in which the client operates and to adopt an interdisciplinary approach to the implemented projects.

He has many times assisted our clients in matters requiring cooperation with the law firm’s foreign partners operating in the US.

At the firm, he is responsible for handling disputes going beyond one area of specialisation. He leads a project on ministerial pension schemes and lustration, in which he represents clients before the common courts, administrative courts and the Supreme Court.

Fluent in English which he uses in daily practice. He is also a long-distance runner, a fan of the NBA and Boston Celtics and a history afficionado.
