She provides day-to-day legal services to healthcare institutions, which include drafting and reviewing internal documents, all documents related to the conducted operations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing legal opinions. She has experience in preparing and carrying out public procurement proceedings for the provision of health services. She manages numerous litigations against the National Health Fund (NFZ) as a payer, effectively pursuing claims on behalf of healthcare institutions  for medical services provided over the limit of signed contracts, as well as in litigations arising from  inspections carried out by the national Health Fund. For years, she has successfully conducted litigation in the field of compensation claims filed by patients against healthcare institutions for medical errors and for infringement of patient rights. She represents clients in proceedings before the Provincial Commissions for Adjudication of Medical Events.

She has experience in representing clients before common courts, in particular in civil, business and employment litigation. As part of her professional practice to date, she has been involved in the preparation of due diligence on the legal status of real estate, as well as preparing a comprehensive legal analysis in connection with the merger of two Poznań hospitals. She has supported the execution of several hospital mergers, as well as participated in the process of changing the founder of an independent public healthcare institution.

Privately, she is a lover of books, travel, skiing and Nordic walking.
