She has extensive experience in carrying out the procedures of forming, merging, dividing, as well as transforming and liquidating commercial law companies. Prepares projects of corporate documents and also provides legal services for shareholders’ meetings and general meetings. She also provides services to entities operating in the form of associations and foundations.
Has a wide range of knowledge and experience in conducting labor law cases, including extensive experience in representing clients (both employers and employees) before a labor court, in particular in proceedings related to unlawful termination of a contract of employment, unequal treatment and discrimination in employment or claims based on the provisions of the act on collective redundancies.
