Specialises in litigation, both in the area of business and civil law cases. She handles cases involving international law as well as transport law. She successfully advises and represents clients – individuals as well as legal entities, including foreign capital companies. She conducts pre-litigation negotiations as well as court proceedings on behalf of clients and specialises in the resolution of complex legal disputes arising in the context of international transport.
On behalf of the law firm, she coordinates cooperation with our partner law firms based in London, Carter Lemon Camerons and Saunders Solicitors, with whom she works on proceedings involving both Polish entities cooperating with entities in the UK, as well as British entities investing in Poland. She is fluent in English.
Other professional activity
She is on the list of mediators kept by the Mediation Centre of the Supreme Bar Council, the list of Mediators of the Wielkopolska Bar Association and on the list of permanent mediators kept by the President of the District Court in Poznań. She also acts as an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration at the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
