We provide comprehensive legal assistance in the creation of all types of contracts in domestic and international trade. We also advise on the proper securing of contracts by selecting the most convenient instruments in a given situation. In addition, we provide assessment of contractual claims of parties and support in managing the contract.

We check contracts in terms of their effectiveness and the occurrence of legal risk based on Polish law, as well as European Union legislation and the principles of international law.

An important part of our activity are agreements regarding investments carried out with European Union funds (eg contracts with implementing institutions and beneficiaries, legal services for consortiums of companies benefiting from aid).
