Maciej Robaszyński

Experienced defence lawyer in numerous criminal, treasury and business trials. Author of many out-of-the-box solutions for the developed lines of defence, resulting in numerous successes. In the course of ongoing services provided to business entities, he has gained extensive experience in the fields of civil, business, administrative and tax law. He also provides valuable advice to businesses regarding complex restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. On many occasions, he has represented the interests of clients in cases whose value reached several hundred million PLN.

He is fluent in German. Privately a motorcyclist, a fan of diving and pianist. Member of the Orka Poznań diving club of the National Defence League.

Other professional activity

During the studies, he was the winner of many prizes. For his “Pro bono” activity during his studies he received a distinction from the Chairman of the College of Rectors of the City of Poznań – prof. dr hab. Bronisław Marciniak (2009).

During his professional career he also participated in numerous trainings and conferences, including those devoted to tax optimization of transactions, using offshore companies (registered in so-called tax havens).
