Expert in criminal and penal-fiscal and commercial law. Repeatedly represented the interests of clients in matters that amounted to nearly 200 million PLN.
In our law firm, which he joined in 2010, he also deals with the subject of civil and administrative law as well as the broadly understood competition law.
During the studies, he was the winner of many prizes. For his “Pro bono” activity during his studies he received a distinction from the Chairman of the College of Rectors of the City of Poznań – prof. dr hab. Bronisław Marciniak (2009).
A graduate of two fields of study – law (2009) and administration (2008) at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan. He is also a graduate of post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of commercial companies law (2010). In connection with the ongoing service of business entities, he also deals with the subject of tax law, which resulted in the completion of post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Poznań, in the field of accounting and taxes (2015). During his professional career he also participated in numerous trainings and conferences, including those devoted to tax optimization of transactions, using offshore companies (registered in so-called tax havens).
He completed the entire advocate apprenticeship at our law firm under the patronage of advocate Paweł Sowisło. He has been working as an advocate since 2017. Advocate in the third generation.
