He specializes in legal services in the field of civil law, economic law, labour law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law, with particular emphasis on consumer bankruptcy and cases concerning prohibition of business activity.
When dealing with clients’ cases, he performs all actions at the pre-litigation, court and enforcement stage. He is particularly interested in the issues of civil and commercial trials, in which he uses his knowledge in practice, providing legal assistance to individuals, commercial companies and local government units. He participated in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings as well as in cases involving the imposition of a ban on conducting business activity, acting for the benefit of both applicants and participants of the proceedings.
From the second year of studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University In Poznań, he gained his professional experience during internships in Poznań law firms and offices. Since 2015, he has been associated with the Law Firm, in which he completed his legal adviser’s training in its entirety. In 2019, he was entered on the list of legal advisers of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
