He specializes in legal services in the field of civil law, economic law, labour law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law, with particular emphasis on consumer bankruptcy and cases concerning prohibition of business activity. When dealing with clients’ cases, he performs all actions at the pre-litigation, court and enforcement stage. He is particularly interested in the issues of civil and commercial trials, in which he uses his knowledge in practice, providing legal assistance to individuals, commercial companies and local government units. He participated in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings as well as in cases involving the imposition of a ban on conducting business activity, acting for the benefit of both applicants and participants of the proceedings.
He is interested in recent Polish and world history, particularly of the 20th century, as well as music, film, football and volleyball.
