Paweł Sowisło, Attorney at Law, Founder of the Firm, passed away on 22 December 2023.

He was a highly-regarded expert in criminal and criminal-business law and in handling complex litigations on behalf of commercial business entities. He had many years of practical experience in developing strategies and managing complex legal cases representing major nationwide business entities. He has been a recognized defence attorney in multi-dimensional criminal, criminal-business, and criminal-treasury cases, representing board members and executives of business enterprises. Former member of supervisory boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

He developed a new business model of cooperation between law firms and businesses in the Wielkopolska market of legal services by offering not only legal assistance, but also other comprehensive services, such as tax, accounting, auditing, and financial support. He was the first in Wielkopolska to create specialised medical, public procurement and tax departments, as well as separate companies: Musiał, Sowisło & Topolewski Audit Services Sp. z o.o. dedicated to accounting, HR and audit services and DST Consulting Sp. z o.o. dedicated to arranging external financing for clients. A professional teacher and mentor of more than 80 attorneys and counsellors at law from Wielkopolska, for whom he acted as a patron during the period of their traineeship in the law firm. For a number of years, he was also the President of the Scuba Diving Club of the National Defence League Orka Poznań.
