Paweł Sowisło

Founder of Sowisło Topolewski Advocates.

A valued expert in the field of criminal and business criminal law, as well as in handling complex disputes on behalf of commercial business entities. He has over 20 years of practical experience in developing strategies and handling complex court disputes, representing the largest nationwide business entities. He is a recognized defender in multi-faceted criminal and business criminal cases and penal – fiscal ones, representing the Management Board members and managers of business entities. Since 29 June 2019, he has also been the President of the Polish Association of Sports Law. Teacher and mentor of over 80 advocates and legal counsels, for whom he served as a patron during the apprenticeship period they held at our law firm.

Pioneer in the Wielkopolska Province’s legal services market of the new business model based on cooperation of law firm and business entities involving, apart from legal assistance, comprehensive tax, accounting, auditing and financial services. As the first in Wielkopolska, he created within the law firm specialized medical, public procurement and tax departments as well as companies Musial, Sowisło & Topolewski Audit Services sp. z o.o. dedicated to provide accounting, human resources and audit services and DST Consulting sp. z o.o. dedicated to arrange external financing for clients.
In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1991 he was granted prosecutorial powers, and then in 1993 was entered on the list of legal counsels. Since 2003 he has been working as an advocate.
